Butterfly Training has been awarded with Best Performance Award by IATA for its outstanding performance in competency-based training.

The Best Performance Award is based on a comprehensive evaluation process that includes measures of instructor effectiveness, relevance and completeness of course materials, and student feedback. Butterfly Training scored top marks in all these categories in IATA’s annual survey.

Butterfly Training’s Papillon virtual instructor has earned the prestigious Best Innovation Award from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for 2023. This award not only illustrates Butterfly Training’s excellence in innovation and creativity, but also testifies to its exceptional effectiveness in improving the learning experience.

Papillon virtual instructor enables learners to ask all kinds of questions about training topics. It performs a semantic search across the training reference documentation to generate a personalised response via a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system.

This technology enables Butterfly Training to set new standards for interactivity and personalisation in training, responding perfectly to the specific needs of each learner.
